Celebrate the season at Alter’s Gem Jewelry’s 11th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting & Winter Carnival on Wednesday, November 27, from 5-7pm! This cherished Beaumont tradition brings the community together for festive activities, family fun, and the lighting of our magnificent 45-foot Christmas tree at around 6:45 p.m. (or as night falls).
Community has always been at the heart of our annual Christmas tree lighting. This highly anticipated event’s primary goal is to bring our community together for a fun-filled evening and kick off the holiday season in style!
This tradition - which began in 2014 in celebration of Alter’s Gem Jewelry’s 100th holiday season in business - is also inspired by Brian’s love of Hallmark Christmas movies in which the community always comes together for a Christmas tree lighting. Every year, this beautiful tradition continues to grow and the entire Alter’s Gem Jewelry family loves hosting everyone for the festivities.
Our holiday booths and stations bring fresh activities guaranteeing an evening filled with holiday memories you’ll cherish for a lifetime. Capture the holiday spirit with Santa at our photobooth, and enjoy face painting, stocking decorating, and other activities suited for people of all ages! Let the kids release their holiday excitement in our inflatable bounce houses and send Christmas letters to Santa! They might even receive a response in the mail from the big man himself!
You can also indulge in seasonal treats like popcorn, hot chocolate, and gingerbread cookies with icing to decorate them, and enjoy live entertainment from the talented iRule Dance Academy!
And this year will feature a special guest Blake Kelley, Beaumont native and contender on Hallmark’s new holiday competition series, “Finding Mr. Christmas!”
