How Are Diamonds Priced?

Ever wonder what exactly it is that makes one diamond costlier than the other? Well, a lot of factors come into play in deciding the price of a diamond. While veteran buyers inherit this knowledge from family, business or friends, it might be a little hard for the average budding buyer of loose diamonds to ascertain whether they have paid the right price for the stone of their choice.
